Glasgow-based producer Soosh will release his EP ‘SoFar’ on March 19 2012! So, why we still have to wait a few more weeks before it’s in store, you can stream the snippetmix on his soundcloudpage. Also, the vinyl (completely red cover, discosleeve) can be pre-ordered at RushHour. The record will be available in many other recordstores within a few weeks and so will the digital version of this wonderful EP. Stay tuned for more!
And Soosh has a little treat for you. The remix by Jameszoo (who did a track for Fremdtunes – the series 2 and the SEE-A-SOUND LP) is downloadable for free, completely free that is: on XLR8R. Grabit!
On ‘SoFar’, Soosh expands his style of soulful, warm melodies and drops of clapping-sounds, soft percussion and vocal shreds. Soosh is in good company on his EP: London‘s Greenwood Sharps and Dutch youngster Jameszoo (new EP on Kindred Spirits coming up!) both remix ‘Us’ in their own highly infectious manner. Beat-miner Kelpe (new release on Svetlana Industries soon!) re-arranges and delightfully smoothes out ‘Speechless‘. Sekuoia adds strong flavor to the digital release with his bonusremix of ‘Everything You Say’.

Mokosound is now mastering the tunes, Rutger Termohlen did the artwork for the cover, Mister Adam is finishing the design and if you’re curious about the music-results: here are two rough tracks:
