On January 27nd 2012 we openend the exposition ‘SEE-A-SOUND’ at bkkc, Tilburg. SEE-A-SOUND is an interdisciplinary project in which ten acclaimed autonomous designers and an equal number of talented producers/DJ’s teamed up to produce an exhibition and accompanying vinyl record. The ten serigraphs and musical compositions are on display in the exhibition hall at the bkkc, until April 20, 2012.
Some major news: we finally have the website of project/exhibition SEE-A-SOUND online! The exhibition SEE-A-SOUND shows you how music is seen by a designer and heard by a musician. How the one inspires the other. The exhibition runs at bkkc Tilburg (The Netherlands) from January 27 until April 20, 2012 and is initiated by Fremdtunes and Mashville and co-produced by bkkc.
Participating artists are COCO BRYCE, KID SUNDANCE, LOULOU & TUMMIE, MICHIEL SCHUURMAN, MISTER ADAM, SOLO MODERNA, SOOSH, STAYNICE, STUDIO BOOT, JULIAN EDWARDES, JEROEN EROSIE, KELPE, BORIS TELLEGEN, DJ OPTIMUS, DJ MACE, JAMESZOO, ATTAK, DJ GRAZZHOPPA, GRAPHIC SURGERY & SUPERNOVA.
And there’s a new DJ Mace mix online with tracks by Rob Swift, Free The Robots, Vc, Robot Koch/John Robinson, OptiMace, Ben Butler & Mousepad, Alkoholiks (subliminal remix by DJ Iron!) and many others – to satisfy your everlasting hunger for fresh tunes: http://www.mixcloud.com/Fremdtunes/dj-mace-october-2011-mix/.
