Kid Sundance, the man not a myth, released his ‘Kid’s Colors‘ in August and he likes to treat you to an original test-pressing of his debut-album! The pressing comes with a handmade, original cover, created during the 2 year anniversary of Fremdtunes at Bird, Rotterdam, by a girl named Nova.
To win this test-pressing (there can only be one winner) all you need to do is tell us why you should receive this vinyl-piece (o the hell with originality). Respond down below – leave a reply – with a picture, drawing or explanatory text (‘my eyes are beautiful’, ‘I also win pie-eating contests’, ‘I collect vinyl’, ‘I’m Kid’s biggest fan’ etc.). This Friday (26 October) we’ll announce the winner!

Een matrix of stamper is een code geëtst in het eind-vertanding Aan beide zijden van een vinyl LP. Bestaande uit cijfers en / of letters kan de code geven opnamedata, specifieke neemt, en zelfs het systeem voor het registreren. Hoewel deze nummers waren oorspronkelijk bedoeld voor intern gebruik door een record te drukken plant, kunt u ze gebruiken om uit te vinden informatie over de specifieke editie van een record. Zo kan een matrix nummer identificeren een eerste persing van een LP. Een dergelijke registratiedrager kan beduidend meer waard dan volgende edities.
Because I still haven’t picked up my copy of Kid’s Colors with KidS. Why? No cash. And I never win pie eating contests.
